अमेठी पुलिस अधीक्षक इलामरन जी.,वर्तमान में क्राइम ब्रांच में तैनात निरीक्षक उमाकांत शुक्ला व परशुराम ओझा की बढ़ी मुश्किलें,चार लोगों की हुई जघन्य हत्या के केस में नियमों की उड़ाई गई धज्जियां,नीचे से ऊपर तक के पुलिस अफसरों की मिलीभगत से जमकर हुआ तफ्तीशी खेल,पुलिस का कारनामा देखकर ठनका जज साहब का माथा,पुलिसिया खेल पर संज्ञान लेते हुए जिला जज जयप्रकाश पांडेय ने कड़ी टिप्पड़ी करते हुए जारी किया कड़ा आदेश,चार्ज पर सुनवाई के दौरान तीन अभियुक्तों की तरफ से पड़ी डिस्चार्ज अर्जी को खारिज कर कोर्ट ने आरोप विरचित करने के लिए लगाई 19 मई की तारीख
अमेठी कोतवाली क्षेत्र के पूरे तिवारी मजरे गुंगवांछ गांव में 15 मार्च 2022 को लाठी-डंडों और सरिया से हमला कर एक ही परिवार के चार लोगों की हुई थी हत्या,अभियोगी अमरजीत यादव ने मामले में राम दुलारे यादव, उनके पुत्र अखिलेश यादव,बृजेश यादव,अभिषेक यादव उर्फ छोटू एवं मौजूदा ग्राम प्रधान आशा तिवारी,उनके पति राम शंकर तिवारी व पुत्र नितिन तिवारी के खिलाफ हत्या सहित अन्य आरोपों में नामजद अमेठी कोतवाली में दर्ज कराया था मुकदमा
तफ्तीश के दौरान तत्कालीन अमेठी कोतवाल ने सभी नामजद आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या सहित अन्य आरोपों में भेजी थी चार्जशीट और अज्ञात आरोपियों के खिलाफ विवेचना रखी थी जारी,जिसके बाद दौरान तफ्तीश विवेचक ने मनमानी तफ्तीश कर प्रधान पति रामशंकर तिवारी को क्लीन चिट देते हुए सीजेएम कोर्ट में प्रेषित की थी 169 सीआरपीसी की रिपोर्ट और इसी आधार पर कोर्ट से रामशंकर तिवारी की रिहाई के लिए की थी मांग,शेष छहो आरोपियों के खिलाफ भेजी थी पूरक चार्जशीट
तत्कालीन सीजेएम किरन गोंड ने विवेचक की 169 की रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार करते हुए आरोपी रामशंकर तिवारी को रिहा करने का जारी किया था आदेश,उस दौरान आरोपी की रिहाई के लिए बचाव पक्ष से अधिवक्ता संतोष कुमार पाण्डेय ने की थी पैरवी,हत्यारोपी को जेल से बाहर निकालने में उन्हें मिल गई थी सफलता।
मौसम विभाग ने यूपी में अगले दो दिनों में येलो अलर्ट किया जारी।
