अंबेडकरनगर l कई महीनों से पति-पत्नी के बीच चली आ रही नोकझोंक शुक्रवार की रात इस कदर बढ़ गई कि पति ने पत्नी की कुल्हाड़ी से काटकर हत्या कर दी। घटना से सनसनी फैल गई। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने आरोपित पति को हिरासत में लेकर शव पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा।

कई महीनों से पति-पत्नी के बीच चली आ रही नोकझोंक शुक्रवार की रात इस कदर बढ़ गई कि पति ने पत्नी की कुल्हाड़ी से काटकर हत्या कर दी। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार आरोपी अमृतलाल उम्र 39 वर्ष शराब के नशे में अक्सर अपनी पत्नी से लड़ाई झगड़ा करता था शुक्रवार को भी समय 7:10 पर अमृतलाल की अपनी पत्नी चित्रा से झड़प हुई और उसने पास में रखी हुई कुल्हाड़ी से अपनी पत्नी की गला काटकर हत्या कर दी l घटना से गांव में सनसनी फैल गई। ग्रामीणों की सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने मौके से हत्यारोपित पति को हिरासत में ले लिया। घटना की सूचना पर पुलिस अधीक्षक अजीत कुमार सिन्हा, क्षेत्राधिकारी टाण्डा श्री संतोष कुमार व थानाध्यक्ष इब्राहिमपुर द्वारा मौके पर जाकर घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया गया तथा शव को कब्जे में लेकर पंचनामा की कार्यवाही पूर्ण कर पोस्टमार्टम हेतु भेजा गया है।
अभियोग पंजीकरण सम्बंधित अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। साथ ही पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय द्वारा सम्बन्धित थाना प्रभारी को प्रकरण की गम्भीरता से जाँच कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित किया गया l
